Good Morning My Fitness Pals!

I would like to share my favorite healthy breakfast that can be prepared in less than 5 minutes. Whats your favorite healthy breakfast?

Here are the ingredients I use to make my yummy parfait bowl:

  1. Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt
  2. Strawberries (I prefer to cut mine up before I put them in my yogurt)
  3. Nature Valley Granola “Oats ‘N Honey” IMG_2922
